Ticket purchases are held until two days prior to the event date. No tickets will be sent via email before that time. Buying from any source other than Improv.com is strictly forbidden, and resale is not allowed. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for reselling may be cancelled at our discretion. All guests must buy a minimum of two items in the showroom. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, or video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
