Tickets must be accessed exclusively through your Ticketmaster account or application; physical copies and printed documents will not work. Each ticket is valid for one person only, up to eight tickets per order. Orders exceeding this limit are cancelled without further notice. Attendees may bring small personal items, but bags larger than 12x12x12 inches must be screened at security checkpoints. Medical supplies and infant care items are allowed even if oversized, though they may undergo additional inspection. For Lightning games, only small bags up to 4x7 inches are permitted without screening; larger bags require x-ray screening before entry. The Ashley VIP Lounge (Promenade Row A & B) and The Mark (Sections CLUB1 through CLUB18) include all-inclusive food, beer, mixed drinks, wine, and soda with your ticket price.
