Mobile tickets only are required for entry to this event. Locate your tickets in your Ticketmaster account or within the Ticketmaster mobile application. Printed copies and digital screenshots will not be accepted as valid admission. A maximum of eight (8) tickets may be purchased per order; any additional tickets requested will result in automatic cancellation without further notice. Bag policy is strictly enforced: bags exceeding 12x12x12 inches are prohibited inside the venue. Large bags, excluding small personal clutches, must be screened through x-ray equipment before entering the arena. Medical and parenting bags that exceed these dimensions may enter but will undergo additional security screening procedures. For Lightning games specifically, bags larger than 4x7 inches require x-ray screening prior to entry. The Ashley VIP Lounge (located in Promenade Rows A and B) and The Mark (Sections CLUB1 through CLUB18 only) ticket price includes all-inclusive food service, beer, mixed drinks, wine, and soda.
