Paper copies and printed images will not be accepted as valid credentials. Each ticket purchaser may bring up to eight (8) guests. Any order containing more than eight tickets will be rejected without further explanation. Baggage restrictions apply: containers exceeding 12 inches in length, width, or height are forbidden inside the venue. Large bagsexcluding small handbagsare subject to x-ray screening before entering the building. Medical supplies and infant care items that exceed standard dimensions may enter but require additional security inspection. For Lightning game events, personal bags larger than 4 by 7 inches must be screened via x-ray prior to admission. The Ashley VIP Lounge (located in Promenade Rows A and B) and The Mark lounge (Sections CLUB1 through CLUB18 only) have a ticket price that includes complimentary food, beer, mixed drinks, wine, and soda throughout the event.
