The Neptune is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District area. All ages are welcome to attend, provided they have a valid photo identification for bar access. Each patron may bring no more than eight tickets. Orders from patrons exceeding this limit will be canceled at the venue's discretion. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges permitted. Mobile barcodes are delayed until four days before the event date. The venue reserves the right to change delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise indicated, every person must have a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms allowed. Elevator access is unavailable; ramps only lead to the balcony level.
