The Neptune venue is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street within Seattle's University District area. Admission is open to all ages, and attendees must present valid photo identification for bar access. Each patron is limited to eight tickets maximum; exceeding this limit may result in order cancellation at the discretion of the venue staff. All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges permitted. Mobile barcode entry will be delayed until four days before the event date. Ticket transfers are suspended during the week preceding the performance. The venue maintains the right to alter delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise specified, every individual requires a ticket regardless of age. Infants in arms are not permitted. Elevator access is unavailable; ramps only lead to the balcony level.
