The Neptune venue is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District area. Performances are open to all ages, and patrons must present a valid photo identification for entry. A maximum of eight tickets may be purchased per individual patron. If someone exceeds this ticket limit, their order may be canceled at the discretion of the venue staff. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges permitted. Mobile barcodes will not begin processing until four days before the event date. Ticket transfers are suspended until one week prior to the performance. The venue reserves the right to alter delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise specified, each person must possess a ticket regardless of age. Infants in arms are not permitted. An elevator is unavailable; only ramps lead to the balcony level.
