The Neptune venue is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District area. Admission is open to all ages, and a valid photo identification is required for bar access. A maximum of eight tickets may be purchased per individual patron. Any orders exceeding this limit will be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the venue staff. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges permitted. Mobile barcode delivery may be delayed until four days before the event date. The venue reserves the right to alter delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise specified, every person must possess a ticket regardless of age. Babies held in arms are not permitted. Elevator access is unavailable; ramps only lead to the balcony level.
