The Neptune is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street within Seattle's University District area. All ages are permitted to attend, provided they present a valid photo I.D. A maximum of eight tickets may be purchased per patron. Any patron who exceeds the ticket limit will have their orders canceled at the venue's discretion. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges allowed. Mobile barcodes will not be available until four days before the event. The venue reserves the right to alter delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise indicated, each individual must possess a ticket irrespective of age. No babies in arms are permitted. Elevator access is unavailable; ramps only lead to the balcony level.
