Tour participants enter at their assigned time without exception. Arrive early to allow for security checks. Late arrivals may not be accommodated by guides or companions. Guests access the Pro-Shop entrance off Occidental Avenue via posted signage. No extended field access is provided along the tour route. All sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or rescheduling options available.
