The Neptune venue is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District area. Performances are open to all ages, and entry requires a valid photo identification for bar access. A maximum of eight tickets may be purchased per individual patron. Orders from patrons exceeding this limit will be cancelled at the discretion of the venue staff. All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges permitted. Mobile barcode delivery is delayed until four days before the event date. The venue reserves the right to alter delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise indicated, every person must possess a ticket regardless of age. Infants in arms are not allowed. Elevator access is unavailable; ramps provide entry only to the balcony level.
