The Neptune venue is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District area. Guests of all ages are welcome to attend, and a valid government-issued photo ID must be presented for entry. Each patron may bring no more than eight tickets into the establishment. Orders from individuals exceeding this ticket allowance will be subject to cancellation at the venue's sole discretion. All sales transactions are final with no possibility of refunds or exchanges. Mobile barcodes will not be available until four days before the event date. The venue maintains the right to alter delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise specified, every individual must possess a ticket regardless of age. Infants carried in arms are not permitted inside. Elevator access is unavailable; only ramp access leads to the balcony level.
