The Neptune venue is situated at 1303 NE 45th Street in Seattle's University District area. All ages are welcome to attend, but patrons must present valid photo identification for bar access. A maximum of six tickets may be purchased per individual patron. Orders from patrons exceeding this ticket limit will be subject to cancellation by venue staff. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges permitted. Mobile barcode delivery is delayed until four days before the event date. The venue reserves the right to alter delivery methods as needed. Unless otherwise specified, every person must possess a ticket regardless of age. No babies in arms are allowed. Elevator access is not available; ramps only lead to the balcony level.
