Ticket purchases are locked until 48 hours before the performance begins, with no early email delivery. All transactions must occur exclusively on Improv.com; third-party sellers or unauthorized sites will not be accepted. Resale of tickets is forbidden under any circumstances. Tickets suspected to have been bought solely for resale may be voided at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating is general admission, first-come first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to 15 minutes after the show starts; seating ceases 15 minutes into the performance due to disruption risks with no exceptions or refunds. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final. Group inquiries should contact our Events Manager for menu options and reserved seating details.
