Ticket purchases are locked until 48 hours before the performance begins. Do not buy tickets from any third-party seller or website other than improv.com. Reselling is absolutely forbidden and may result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. All guests must purchase a minimum of two items in the showroom. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for group bookings and premium booths. Entry into the showroom closes fifteen minutes after the show starts; we stop seating fifteen minutes into the performance because audience movement disrupts the cast. No exceptions or refunds apply to this policy. Cell phones, cameras, and video recording are banned during all performances. All sales are final with no returns allowed.
