Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the performance begins; no emails will be sent earlier. Do not buy tickets from any third-party website or individualonly through IMPROV.COM. Reselling tickets is absolutely forbidden and may result in cancellation at our discretion, especially for purchases made solely to resell. All guests must purchase a minimum of two items in the showroom. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Guests can enter up to 15 minutes after the show starts; seating stops 15 minutes into the performance because disruptions harm the performers. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final. For group inquiries about special menus and reserved seats, contact our Events Manager.
