Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the performance begins; no emails will be sent earlier. Do not purchase tickets from any source other than Improv.com. Reselling tickets is strictly forbidden and may result in cancellation at Chicago Improv's discretion. All ticket purchases must include a minimum of two items for showroom guests. Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to 15 minutes after the show starts; seating stops 15 minutes into the performance due to performer disruption. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
