Ticket purchases are subject to a forty-eight-hour delivery window before the performance date. All tickets will be sent electronically only after that deadline has passed. Do not buy from any third-party seller or alternate websiteonly through Improv.com. Reselling is absolutely forbidden. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled without notice.The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom fifteen minutes after the show starts. Seating stops fifteen minutes into the performance because audience movement disrupts the performers. No exceptions apply; no refunds are given.Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances.
