Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the performance date. Purchases must be made exclusively through Improv.com; no other sources are permitted. Resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation at our discretion. All guests require a minimum purchase of two items from the showroom. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis for general admission, with reserved seating available only for groups and premium booths. Entry into the showroom is permitted up to 15 minutes after the show starts; seating ceases 15 minutes before performances begin without exception or refund. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
