Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the performance begins; no emails will be sent earlier. Do not buy tickets from any source other than Improv.com. Resale of tickets is strictly forbidden and may result in cancellation at our discretion, especially for tickets suspected to have been purchased solely for resale. Showroom purchases require a minimum of two items. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seating available for groups and premium booths. Guests are admitted up to 15 minutes after the show starts; we stop admitting guests 15 minutes into the performance due to disruption caused by late arrivals. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not permitted during performances. All sales are final.
