Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the performance begins; no emails will be sent earlier. Do not purchase tickets from any third-party website or individualonly through Improv.com. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Tickets suspected to have been bought solely for resale may be cancelled at Chicago Improv's discretion. Showroom entry requires a minimum purchase of two items. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to 15 minutes after the show starts. Seating ceases 15 minutes into the performance due to potential disruption to performers; no exceptions apply. Cell phone use, photography, and video recording are not permitted during performances.
