Ticket delivery is suspended until 48 hours before the performance begins; no emails will be sent prior to that time. Purchases must be made exclusively through Improv.comany other source risks invalidating your ticket. Resale is absolutely forbidden, and tickets obtained for resale may be cancelled without notice. All showroom guests require a minimum purchase of two items. Seating is first-come, first-served on a general admission basis, except for reserved group tables and premium booths. Entry into the showroom closes 15 minutes after the show starts; seating stops exactly at that point due to performer disruption. No exceptions apply, and no refunds are issued under any circumstances. Cell phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges.
