Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the event begins; no tickets will be emailed prior to that time. Purchases must be made exclusively through IMPROV.COMdo not buy from any other source or reseller. Resale of tickets is strictly forbidden and may result in cancellation at the discretion of Chicago Improv. A minimum purchase of two items applies for all showroom guests. Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to 15 minutes after performances start; seating ceases 15 minutes into each show due to disruption risks. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
