Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the show begins; no emails are sent earlier. Do not buy tickets from any source other than Improv.com. Reselling tickets is forbidden. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. Showroom purchases require a minimum of two items. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Guests are permitted in the showroom until 15 minutes after the performance starts. We cease seating 15 minutes into the show because of disruption to performers. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances.
