Ticket purchases must be completed at least two days before the performance date; no emails will be sent until that time arrives. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all attendees. Seating follows first-come, first-served policy with reserved options available for groups and premium booths. Entry into the performance space ends fifteen minutes after the show starts; no exceptions apply due to performer disruption. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
