Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the event begins; no emails will be sent earlier. Do not purchase tickets from any source other than Improv.com. Reselling tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum of two items for all guests. Seating is first-come, first-served with exceptions for groups and premium booths. Guests may enter the showroom up to 15 minutes after the show starts; seating ceases 15 minutes into performances due to disruption to performers. No exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during shows. All sales are final. For group inquiries about menu options and reserved seating, contact our Events Manager via email.
