Ticket purchases are locked until 48 hours before the show begins; no emails will be sent earlier. Do not buy tickets from any source other than improv.com. Reselling is absolutely forbidden and may result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating is first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Guests can enter the showroom up to 15 minutes after the performance starts; seating stops 15 minutes into the show due to performer disruptionno exceptions or refunds apply. Cell phones, photos, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final. For group inquiries about menus and reserved seats, contact our Events Manager.
