Ticket delivery is delayed until 48 hours before the performance begins. Purchases must be made exclusively through Improv.com; all other vendors are prohibited. Resale of tickets is not permitted and may result in cancellation at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies to all showroom guests. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis for general admission, with reserved seating available for groups and premium booths only. Entry into the showroom closes fifteen minutes after the show starts; we discontinue seating fifteen minutes into the performance due to performer disruption. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording is forbidden during performances. All sales are final. For group inquiries regarding menu options and reserved seats, contact our Events Manager.
