He has performed across the United States, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Canada, Africa, and Europe. Marlon helped pave the way for other Trinidadian artists like Jah Melody, Khari Kill, I-Sasha, and Jah Bami.Eric Cotton and One Love Bomb have been a major force in California music since 1986, known for his dynamic stage presence, love of reggae and ska, and memorable live shows. In the late 1980s and 1990s, Eric led Rock Steady Posse, a popular Central Coast band that released reggae classics including Rhymin' & Skankin (1990) and Fundamentals (1994). He is also the frontman of The Upside Ska, a high-energy ska group, and The Cheeseballs, San Francisco's premier show band celebrated for its electrifying performances.Eric Cotton and One Love Bomb blend his California reggae roots with members from Rock Steady Posse, Cardiff Reefers, and Militia of Love. Alongside Robert Melendez, Gregg Ichikawa, Efrain Cantu, and Steve Sagrero, Eric continues to keep California reggae alive while exploring new musical directions.
