Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to performance. No sales occur through third-party vendors or unofficial channels; direct purchase only via Improv.com is permitted. Resale attempts will result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. Showroom guests must buy at least two items. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for reserved group and premium booth spaces. Cell phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during shows. All transactions are final with no refunds or exchanges. For group inquiries regarding special menus and seating arrangements, contact the Events Manager directly.
