Ticket purchases are subject to a two-day advance notice window before the performance date. All tickets will be delivered via email only after this deadline has passed. Purchasing through any third-party website or individual is prohibited. Tickets obtained for resale purposes may be voided without further notice at our discretion. The San Jose Improv event requires a minimum of two items per guest in the ticket booth area. Seating is first-come, first-served on a general admission basis, except for reserved group tables and premium seating options. Cell phones are not permitted during any live performance, and no photography or video recording may occur. All sales transactions are final with no refunds or exchanges.
