Ticket delivery is delayed until two days before the performance date. No tickets will be sent via email prior to that time. Purchasing through any source other than Improv.com for resale purposes is prohibited. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for reselling may be cancelled at our discretion. All sales are final. A minimum purchase of two items applies in the showroom for every guest. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances.
