Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to performance; no emails will be sent before that time. Buying from any source other than Improv.com is forbidden, and resale is not allowed at all. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled without notice. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for every guest. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during shows. All sales are final.
