Ticket delivery is delayed until two days before the performance date. No tickets will be sent via email prior to that deadline. Purchasing from any source other than Improv.com, including unauthorized resellers, is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies in the showroom for all guests. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is not allowed. All sales are final.
