Ticket purchases are subject to a delivery hold lasting two days before the show begins; no tickets will be sent until that time arrives. All sales occur exclusively through Improv.com, and reselling is forbidden under any circumstances. Tickets bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum of two items must be purchased in the showroom for all attendees. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not allowed during performances. All sales are final.
