Tickets are held until two days before the performance date. Purchases must be made through improv.com; reselling is not allowed. Tickets suspected of being bought for resale may be cancelled at discretion. A minimum of two items must be purchased in the showroom. Seating is first-come, first-served except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, or video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
