Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the event date; no emails will be sent before that time. Purchasing through any third-party site or individual is prohibited, and resale is not allowed under any circumstances. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for reselling may be cancelled at the discretion of San Jose Improv.Showroom purchases require a minimum of two items. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, except for group bookings and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is not permitted.
