Ticket delivery is delayed until two days prior to the performance date. No tickets will be sent via email before that time. Purchasing from any source other than Improv.com is prohibited. Resale of tickets is not allowed. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. All sales are final. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items for all guests. Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phone use, photography, or video recording during performances is not permitted.
