Exclusions include: ticket exchanges must be requested by email or phone at least eight hours before concert time; artist-to-artist exchanges are on a per-case basis; complimentary tickets must be used within one year or during limited periods when offered; blackout dates and exceptions may apply; tickets valued $85 and above may not be applicable; comp tickets may not be issued based on high occupancy; comp tickets cannot be applied to performances outside the Feinsteins nightclub venue or VIP artist events; there is no cash value on complimentary tickets. Members can receive refunds on up to four concerts per year. Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least two days before the printed concert date and are only valid for up to two tickets per event. Discount rates are based on full-price room rates, cannot be combined with other special hotel or third-party rates, and do not apply to any discounted accommodations offered by the hotel or external sites.
