The Dow Event Center enforces a clear bag policy and operates on a cashless system for all activities. Credit and debit cards are accepted exclusively at every point of purchase, including parking areas. A $20 cash payment converts to $20 in Dow Bucks; there is no per-guest limit. These tokens are issued only for U.S. dollars. Visa Gift Cards can be purchased in $20 increments at the Box Office, with a $2 bank processing fee applied per card (for example, $22 cash yields a $20 card value). The standard purchase limit is two cards per guest, subject to availability. Higher-value transactions may receive exceptions. Only U.S. dollars are accepted for these purchases. Small clutches measuring no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches or clear bags not exceeding 12 by 12 by 6 inches in dimensions are permitted. No backpacks, purses, or other bags will be allowed inside the venue except those necessary for medical conditions or parenting purposes; such items require additional security screening.
