The Dow Event Center enforces a clear bag policy and operates as cashless for every event. All transactions at every point of sale, including parking, accept only credit or debit cards. Dow Bucks can be purchased at the Box Office in $5 increments using cash. These tokens are accepted at all concession stands operated by Legends throughout the building. Exchanging twenty dollars in cash yields twenty Dow Bucks; there is no per-guest limit. They are available only with U.S. dollars. Visa Gift Cards may be bought at the Box Office in $20 increments, but a two-dollar bank processing fee applies to each card (for example, twenty dollars in cash becomes a twenty-dollar card value). The standard purchase limit is two cards per guest while inventory lasts; exceptions can be granted for larger purchases and are available only with U.S. currency. Small clutches measuring no more than 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches or clear bags of 12 by 12 by 6 inches or smaller are permitted. No other bags, backpacks, or purses will be allowed inside the venue unless required for medical or parenting purposes; such bags require additional security screening.
