The Dow Event Center enforces a clear bag policy and operates on a cashless system for all events. Credit and debit cards are accepted exclusively at every point of sale, including parking areas. Dow Bucks can be purchased at the Box Office in $5 increments using cash. These tokens are redeemable at all concession locations operated by Legends throughout the facility. The exchange rate is one dollar in cash equals twenty dollars in Dow Bucks, with no per-guest limit and only U.S. dollars accepted. Visa gift cards may also be purchased at the Box Office in $20 increments; a $2 processing fee applies to each card purchase (for example, $22 cash yields a $20 card value). A standard limit of two cards per guest is enforced while inventory lasts, though exceptions can be granted for larger purchases. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. Small clutches measuring no more than 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches or clear bags not exceeding 12 by 12 by 6 inches will be allowed entry. All other bags, backpacks, and pursesexcept those necessary for medical conditions or parentingare prohibited inside the venue. Medical or parenting bags are subject to additional security screening procedures.
