The Dow Event Center enforces a clear bag policy for all gatherings and operates on a cashless basis. Credit and debit cards are accepted at every point of sale, including parking areas. Dow Buckspurchased in $5 increments from the Box Officeare redeemable at any concession stand operated by Legends within the facility. Exchanging $20 in cash yields $20 worth of Dow Bucks; there is no per-person limit on their use. These tokens are issued only for U.S. dollars. Visa Gift Cards can be bought in $20 increments at the Box Office, with a $2 processing fee applied to each transaction (for example, $22 in cash purchases result in a $20 card balance). The standard purchase limit is two cards per guest, subject to availability. Higher-value transactions may receive special consideration. Only small clutches measuring no more than 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches or clear bags that do not exceed 12 by 12 by 6 inches are allowed inside the venue. Medical and parenting necessities are exempt from this restriction, but such items will be subject to additional security checks upon entry.
