The Dow Event Center enforces a clear bag policy and operates on a cashless system for every event. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted at all purchase points, including parking. Dow Bucks can be purchased at the Box Office in $5 increments using cash and may be used at any concession stand operated by Legends throughout the building. One dollar in cash equals one dollar in Dow Bucks; there is no per-guest limit for this currency. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. Visa Gift Cards are available at the Box Office in $20 increments, with a $2 bank processing fee applied to each card (for example, $22 in cash buys a $20 card). The standard purchase limit is two cards per guest while inventory lasts; exceptions may apply for larger purchases. Only U.S. dollars are accepted. Small clutches measuring no more than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches by 2 inches or clear bags with dimensions of 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches or smaller will be permitted inside the venue. No other bags, backpacks, or pursesexcept those required for medical or parenting needsare allowed entry. Medical and parenting bags are subject to additional security screening.
