The Dow Event Center enforces a clear bag policy and operates cashless for every event. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted at all purchase points, including parking. Dow Bucks can be purchased at the Box Office in $5 increments using cash. These tokens are valid at all concession stands operated by Legends within the building. The exchange rate is $20 cash equals $20 in Dow Bucks with no per-guest limit. They are available only for U.S. dollars. Visa Gift Cards may be bought at the Box Office in $20 increments, but a $2 bank processing fee applies to each card (for example, $20 cash yields a $18 card value). The standard purchase limit is two cards per guest while supplies last; exceptions can be granted for higher-value transactions. Only available with U.S. dollars. Small clutches measuring no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 by 2 inches or clear bags that are 12 by 12 by 6 inches or smaller will be allowed inside the venue. No other bags, backpacks, or pursesexcept those necessary for medical or parenting purposesare permitted entry. Medical and parenting bags will undergo additional security screening.
