Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to performance. No sales will be sent out before that date. Buying from any source other than Improv.com is strictly forbidden, and resale is not allowed at all. Tickets bought solely for resale may be voided without notice. The showroom requires a minimum of two items per guest. Seating follows first-come, first-served policy except for groups and premium seating. Cell phones, photos, and video are prohibited during shows. All transactions are final. For group inquiries regarding special menus and reserved tables, contact the Events Manager directly.
