Mobile ticketing is now required for game entry at Penguins home games. A valid ticket must be displayed on a smartphone; printed copies or screenshots are not accepted. Guests using wristbands and wallets no larger than 4 by 6 by 1.5 inches may use any entrance. Medical bags and parental diaper bags must pass through the X-ray screening door located at each gate. All bags and personal items undergo security screening. PPG Paints Arena operates as a cashless facility, accepting credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay or Google Wallet for all purchases. Reverse ATMs are available throughout the venue to convert cash into a pre-paid card.
