Ticket delivery is delayed until two days before the event begins. No tickets will be sent via email prior to that date. Purchasing from third-party sellers or unauthorized websites is not allowed. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. A minimum purchase of two items applies in the showroom for all attendees. Seating is first-come, first-served, except for groups and premium booths. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are prohibited during performances. All sales are final.
