Ticket purchases are held until two days prior to the performance date. No tickets will be sent by mail until that time arrives. Buying through any platform other than Improv.com is not allowed, and reselling is prohibited. Tickets suspected of being bought solely for resale may be cancelled at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum purchase of two items per guest. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis unless reserved in advance as part of a group or premium booth arrangement. Cell phones, photography, and video recording are not permitted during any performance. All sales are final.
