Ticket purchases are locked until two days prior to the performance date. No tickets will be issued via email before that time. Buying from third-party vendors or resale platforms is not allowed and may result in ticket cancellation at our discretion. The showroom requires a minimum of two items for all guests. Seating follows a first-come, first-served basis except for group bookings and premium booths. Mobile phones, cameras, and video recording are prohibited during shows. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges. For group inquiries regarding menu options and reserved seating, contact our Events Manager directly.
